Set the Default Job Costing Band

You can set TrafficLIVE to use a default job costing band so that you do not have to specify a job costing type every time.

You can configure TrafficLIVE to use one of the following as the default job costing band:

• Charge Band (depending on the activity)
• Allocation Resources (depending on the resource)

Unless yours is a very large agency, you typically use Charge Band.

To set the default job costing type, complete the following steps:

1. Click Menu > Admin > Company Management.
2. Click Configure Company Details.
3. Under Default Job Costing Type, select Charge band or Allocation resource.
4. Click Update Agency Details.
